All cake orders need to be finalized at least 3 days in advance including a 50% non-refundable deposit. We recommend finalizing a week or two in advance to ensure a spot in our production schedule as some weeks fill up very quickly and slots are filled on a first-come basis.
There are no changes or cancellations allowed within 72 hours of any cake order. Any changes will result in an additional fee. Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Any cupcake order cancelled within 24 hours will result in loss of any deposit or cancellation fee.
All delivery orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
